Do you have a store front?
At the moment, we are an online retailer only. We also do periodic pop ups at various locations, so keep an eye out on our website and Instagram page for any in person events.
I am local to Massachusetts. Can I pick up my order in person?
We typically do not have an in person pick up, however, please do not hesitate to reach out to hello@mattyskitchen.com and we might be able to work something out depending on the size of the order.
When would my order ship?
Orders are shipped 3 business days after the order is placed, provided that they are in stock.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped using USPS and UPS ground shipping. Expedited shipping is possible for an additional cost.
What if my package is running late?
Unfortunately, sometimes shipments get delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, please reach out to us with your order # and contact information and we will follow up with you. If we need to replace the order, we will do so and ship with expedited shipping for free of charge.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns. However, should you have an issue with our product or delivery, please do not hesitate to reach out at hello@mattyskitchen.com. Please include any relevant photos if there are issues with delivery. We will respond as soon as possible.
My order is a gift, how do I ensure that there is no receipt?
We do not include prices when we ship our packages. Please leave a gift note in the comments section prior to placing the order.
Do you offer gift wrap?
At this moment, we are unable to offer gift wrap services.
How do I store my spices?
We recommend storing spices in a cool and dry space, away from the light to preserve its quality.
I have food allergies. How do I know your spices are safe for me to consume?
